Since I was 10 years old, I just wanted to help people.
That desire has shaped my entire life. I built a successful career in Social Work, helping families stay together and supporting people through life's hardest moments. I am now focusing on my passion as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. These experiences taught me that looking after myself is a priority, and I have developed a wellbeing programme as a Social Work Consultant. Movement, nourishment and healing are the foundation.
My Movement
Movement was my first love, my first health obsession. Nothing else made me feel as alive, powerful, and free as exercise did. Feeling strong and fit became such a crucial part of my identity that I made it my mission to understand movement deeply — both for myself and for others.
However, like many people, I learned the hard way that too much is too much. Over-exercising pushed my body into burnout, proving that movement alone isn't the full picture of health. Balance is everything. Now I love to strength train, walk and the occasional HIIT session, which I know is future-proofing my body and mind.
My Nourishment
In my teenage years, I discovered that food is literally therapy. Food didn't just fuel me — it transformed how I felt. I loved baking, cooking, and learning about the healing properties of food. Looking back, I was always a nutritional therapist at heart, bringing food to every gathering, comforting friends with nourishing meals, and constantly seeking ways to improve health through what I ate.
I have tried nearly every diet, experimented with different nutritional approaches, and understand what it's like to search for answers in food. Through it all, I've learned that food isn't about restriction — it's about empowerment, healing, and joy.
My Healing
Healing is about creating lasting change — and sometimes creating a different reality for yourself. Having experienced body dysmorphia, disordered eating, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety, I know firsthand that exercise and nutrition alone aren't enough.
True healing goes deeper. It's about listening to your body, understanding how stored emotions affect your energy and nervous system, and uncovering subconscious beliefs that may be holding you back. With my qualification in the Flash Technique and background as a Systemic Social Worker, I understand how stress, trauma, and emotions manifest in the body — and I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to healing.
